  • Our testing is for everyone. Our tests are personalised to suit you, your sport, your training experience and your next challenge!

    The purpose of the testing is to give you specific, individualised training advice based on your physiology.

  • We all know exercise is good for us. But how do you know if your workout routine is actually working? Are you pushing yourself hard enough? Or maybe you're doing too much and risking injury.

    This is where fitness testing comes in. It's like taking your car for a tune-up – a chance to assess your current fitness level and identify areas for improvement.

  • Within a week of your visit, we’ll send you a detailed test report. In our report we cove:

    1) All the data we collected

    2) What the data all means

    3) What are your personal strengths and weaknesses

    4) How you can shape your training to improve your performance and achieve your goals.

    5) What a week of training could look like to help you improve your performance

    AND

    You can book a follow up consultation where we explain the full report and answer any questions you may have.

  • Across our lab based in Leicestershire and through remote support we offer

    Performance Testing: These tests assess all aspects of your exercise performance, from VO2max, to metabolic efficiency.

    Blood Tests: In partnership with Medichecks, we offer a blood draw and offer analysis of specific biomarkers for your age and gender.

    Nutritional Support: At TrailMed, we understand that achieving your goals, doesn’t just come from your training, but also optimising your nutrition. Our nutritional support can help your optimise your fuelling strategy or help you achieve your fitness goals such as fat loss or muscle gain.

    Training Programs: Specifically tailored to support your event by focussing on building endurance, strength, and nutritional strategies.
