  • A: We recommend booking 4–6 weeks before departure. This gives us plenty of time for your 1-on-1 doctor call, prescription processing, and courier delivery of your physical kit before you head off.

  • A: We build hybrid kits! Your doctor will evaluate your full itinerary during your 1-on-1 call and layer on specific coverage for secondary legs of your trip (e.g., a tropical approach trek to high altitude).
