1. CONSULTATION
This is where we get the ball rolling, we get to know you, your training and the adventure you’re taking on! We’ll discuss:

2. TESTING
Here we analyse how your body works and what it needs to help you perform at your best.
💧 Our Sweat Test allows us to measure exactly how much fluid and electrolytes you’ll lose during your adventure and how to replenish for hydration and performance
🍬 Our Fuelling Analysis measures how much energy you’ll use during your adventure, including the amount of carbohydrates and fat you’ll metabolise

We’d never recommend that you skip the testing phase of the process. The data from our testing allows us to measure exactly how much carbs, fluid and electrolytes you’ll need.
But if you can’t get to the lab or you are out of the country, we’ll still do our best to support your adventure.
